Our Board is conducting a Special Meeting Next Monday April 20th, 2009 at 12:00pm in the Club Room. They will be discussing:
- New Valet Parking fees
- Late Maintenance Dues

3/23/09 – Special Assessment Meeting
Notice of Special Assessment Meeting of the Board of Directors of Neo Vertika Condominium Association, Inc. (“Association”) was held on Monday, March 23th, 2009 at 6:00pm.
The purpose of the Special Meeting is for the Board to consider and vote on the adoption of a special assessments in the amount of $50,000.00for the purpose of offsetting the Association’s operating deficit for 2008 resulting from delinquencies in the the payment of assessment for common expenses (“Special Assessment”).
A list of the expenses from the 2008 fiscal yearto be paid from the Special Assessment funds is attached hereto as Exhibit “A”. If adopted, the Special Assessment will be due and payable in one (1) lump sumedue on April 1st, 2009. The Amount due per unit is attached hereto as Exhibit “A”.
